Operations Support Engineer San Francisco 415

Overview

We are looking for outstanding professional to join our Operations team.  The successful candidate will have the ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.  As a member of our Operations team, the successful candidate will be involved in initiatives that are targeted to ensure and improve the quality of the support given to other H5 staff.

Responsibilities

-Supply first line support to internal users of the  software suite, including working with engineering to resolve issues;
-Implement and mange the Helpdesk system used within ;
-Maintain and manipulate client data as required within the production environment.

Requirements

-Required, 3 or more years of experience within Software Technical support;
-Required, 2 or more years of experience working with relational databases, Oracle preferred;
-Proficiency in Perl or other scripting language;
-Understanding of the litigation process beneficial;
-BS in Computer Science or related area of study.
