Technical Project Manager - Operations & Delivery Services (SF 415)

Overview
Seeking a dynamic and energetic Technical Project Manager to join our Operations & Delivery Services Group. The Project Manager will lead technical personnel through complex projects. This dynamic team leader will be comfortable with ambiguity and will have demonstrated significant “on-the-ground” technical project and/or software engineering or implementation leadership experience, where they have participated in the definition and execution of the processes for completing the work required.
Responsibilities
-Manage all technical integration issue with clients: planning client communications, team management and all data transfer and ETL issues;
-Assist the project team in assessing the needs of the project and in defining the appropriate processes to complete the work;
-Manage inter-dependencies and facilitate inter-group communication;
-Communicate project status, issues, risks and changes to all project team members and management;
-Provide leadership, structure and direction to the Delivery Services team in order to deliver unparalleled support for our internal users;
-Manage all internal and external customer issues to resolution;
-Define and implement best practices to create a world class operation.
Minimal Qualifications
-8 or more years of “on-the-ground” technical project and/or software engineering or implementation management experience;
-Extensive project management experience including creating project schedules from the ground up;
-Extremely strong communicator who is at ease communicating with everyone from the most demanding customer to senior management to technical operations personnel;
-Demonstrated “roll up the sleeves” attitude and experience; Must be have a proactive “can do” personality;
-Experience managing large technical implementations or large, ongoing ETL efforts is a plus;
-Experience in a technical pre-sales consulting role is a plus;
-Technical familiarity with Data warehousing technologies including ETL, Data Extraction/Conversion technologies, or Litigation support technologies is desirable;
-Technical undergraduate degree with an MBA or MSBA preferred;
-PMP Certification a plus.
