Litigation Support Manager San Francisco 415
Overview
We are looking for a passionate Litigation Support Manager to join our Delivery Services team. The successful candidate is detail oriented and meticulous yet able to adapt to a growing, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
-Develop data acquisition, transformation and delivery protocols within the company and with clients;
-Coordinate acquisition and delivery of client data;
-Consult with clients on data transfer-related issues;
-Oversee all data acquisition, transformation, loading, delivery and production;
-Coordinate delivery of data within the company for use in document review, classification and retention.
Requirements
-BS/MS in Information Systems or related field;
-7 years minimum experience working with either in-house counsel for a large corporation, a large law firm or for a litigation support firm;
-Thorough understanding of the litigation environment with deep understanding of the litigation process;
-Extensive knowledge of electronic data processing for discovery, document production, document management, coding and scanning;
-Extensive knowledge of electronic discovery systems including Discovery Cracker, Zprint and Mobius;
-Knowledge of image processing systems including Doculex, IPRO and LAW;
-Knowledge of image viewers including IPRO, Opticon, Doculex and Storm;
-Proficient knowledge of database management systems including Concordance and Summation;
-Experience with relational database technologies such as Oracle;
-Proficiency in Perl or other scripting language;
-Must be very detail oriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
